WOL Greenhouse Associate

Basic Functions: The Greenhouse Associates are the backbone to our labor force in our growing facility. These team members need to be prepared to do all different kinds of work, including days of doing the same tedious task for long periods of time, or changing their tasks frequently without much notice.

General Responsibilities:

• Watering
• Preparing and staging pots of planting
• Planting
• Tagging
• Moving Material/spacing plants
• Pinching or cutting plants back
• Pulling weeds
• Cleaning - even bathrooms, offices, and the lounge
• Pulling the retail stores orders
• Covering roofs or pulling them off
• Hanging Shade clothe
• Able to work in all weather types and potentially the extremes; wet and cold or hot and dry.
• Comfortable to be on your feet and to walk several miles through out the day all with minimal breaks
• Able to work with multiple people and in a team environment
• Willing to receive feedback in order to excel in one's position.
• Willingness to move around and to fill in any other areas where team member support is needed, and as directed by leadership.
• Able to lift 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the day and even 50 pounds as needed

This is not a leadership role.
