Wireless Technical Consulting Engineer

Must Have Skills:

• Reactive troubleshooting experience for external clients.
• Troubleshooting Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points (AP)
• Troubleshooting Authentication/Encryption Protocols
• Knowledge of 802.11 standards
• Experience with packet captures tools (Wireshark)
• Bonus if they have experience with: WLC 9800, Prime Infrastructure, MSE

Day to Day:

• Que time- time when they accept cases.
• Back log time
• Accepting cases, working cases, closing cases. Customer support and ability to calm the customer and build a trust, as trusted advisor within these technologies.
• Customers call when things are broken.
• Must have the ability to communicate and be calm under pressure, ability to dive into things.
