Wireless Technical Consulting Engineer
Must Have Skills:
- Reactive troubleshooting experience for external clients.
- Troubleshooting Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points (AP)
- Troubleshooting Authentication/Encryption Protocols
- Knowledge of 802.11 standards
- Experience with packet captures tools (Wireshark)
- Bonus if they have experience with: WLC 9800, Prime Infrastructure, MSE
Day to Day:
- Que time- time when they accept cases.
- Back log time
- Accepting cases, working cases, closing cases. Customer support and ability to calm the customer and build a trust, as trusted advisor within these technologies.
- Customers call when things are broken.
- Must have the ability to communicate and be calm under pressure, ability to dive into things.
