VSSI Staffing is seeking new Wire Harness Assemblers to work collaboratively with a highly talented, cross-functional team to create best-in-class products for our clients! The ideal candidate thrives in an agile environment and has a passion for building high-quality products using the latest
manufacturing technologies.
Location: Dallas, TX 75247
Shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm
Schedule: Monday to Friday OT
Payrate: $13- $18
Skills & Requirements:
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Understanding blueprints and other technical documentation.
- Knowledge of assembly tools such as crimpers, wire cutters, etc (both manual and automatic), and soldering.
- Knowledge or certification to IPC 620 and or J-Std-001 are desired.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers.
- Fabricate and assemble parts to build finished products.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes.
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with electrical wiring and soldering is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
