Wingstop Team Member

We are seeking top performing candidates for the Kingsport Wingstop store, conveniently located at 1704 E Stone Drive. We are hiring for cashier and cook positions with part time or full time hours. Candidates must be able to work day shift (9-5) and weekends.

CASHIERS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Guest service mentality; has a genuine desire to serve the guests
Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency
Proven ability to work well under pressure

Restaurant and/or hospitality experience a plus
Experience as a guest service or customer service representative
Well organized and detail oriented
Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement

COOKS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow-through
Ability to practice safe cooking procedures

Physical ability to complete prep work including cutting and blanching potatoes
Proven ability to work well under pressure at a fast pace and can comprehend the order tickets
Accurately count the number of ordered Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips
Coordinate the cooking time of Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips and fries with the corresponding timer
Consistently follow recipes, tossing with proper portions of sauces and seasonings
Accurately package all orders according to Wingstop standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness

What We Are Looking For:

Day shift availability is a must: 9am to 5pm

Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong work ethic
Must have reliable transportation
Must be 18+ years old
Maintain regular and predictable attendance
Hourly Full Time or Part Time: Generally scheduled 20-35 based on the needs of the operations
Physical ability to perform tasks including food preparation and working in kitchen environment
