Phase Four Wings, LLC. Is currently hiring for shift leads at your local neighborhood Wingstop!

The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Wingstop. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Wingstop system.

• Assists in training team members on Wingstop procedures and standards
• Shows strong sense of urgency and guest first mentality
• Makes guest experience a priority and proactively addresses guest needs
• Has total restaurant awareness when running a shift
• Handles guest and team member incidents decisively and with professionalism
• Connects with guests and resolves guest issues in a timely manner
• Deescalates/defuses guest complaints, resolves them in the moment
• Models operational excellence and mentors others to do the same
• Ensures team members are engaged on achieving service and sales goals every shift
• Provides corrective action for employee issues and escalates to the general manager
• Provides innovative input for management of guest experience and achieving operational goals
• Takes initiative to grow in position & learn new positions
• Proactively asks questions and provides solutions
• Seeks to develop self & others utilizing growth-by-learning
• Ensures consistent execution of restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
• Consistently manages time effectively by prioritizing activities based on impact
• Follows through on commitments without fail; displays high integrity
• Monitors food safety, cleanliness and sanitation & takes corrective action when necessary
• Drives for results in guest experience metrics
• Leads shift to achieve positive results through restaurant profitability benchmarks
• Shows ability and skills to adapt operational changes willingly
• Reviews Wingstop communications and conveys content to team members every shift
• Makes quick and decisive action to improve guest experience and team member atmosphere
• Exhibits the ability to receive, as well as deliver coaching
• Creates and promotes an inclusive culture and environment for all team members
• Connects with guests and team members, builds effective relationships with all levels
• Is a role model to team members
• Is a Wingstop Brand Ambassador
• Greets all team members and guests with a smile and positive attitude and coaches team members to do the same
• Encourages and provides recognition of team members and co-workers
• Understands and responds to team member & guest moods, attitudes and personalities
