The Winery Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the overall operations of Bonobo Winery. The ideal candidate will be personable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to a various winery operations including our Events and Wine Club programs
- Answering and directing phone calls and requests for information
- Responding to emails and other correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Tracking inventory and ordering supplies
- Creating and printing winery collateral
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
