Job description

The Winery Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the overall operations of Bonobo Winery. The ideal candidate will be personable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to a various winery operations including our Events and Wine Club programs
  • Answering and directing phone calls and requests for information
  • Responding to emails and other correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Tracking inventory and ordering supplies
  • Creating and printing winery collateral
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
