- Supervise staff during closing shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

- Utilize your Wine Expertise to assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations.

- Manage purchasing, sales, and merchandising activities to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Train and mentor team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in staff supervision, preferably in a retail environment.

- Strong knowledge and passion for wine, with experience in sales and customer service.

- Proven ability to handle purchasing, sales, and merchandising responsibilities effectively.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: $20.10 - $21.40 per hour

• Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Wine and Spirits Education Training (Preferred)
• Certified Sommelier (Preferred)
