What to Expect What You’ll Do
What You’ll Bring
As a Manufacturing Windows System Administrator, you’ll take part in the design, configuration, and management of the manufacturing Windows environment.
In this role, you’ll be expected to support Windows imaging, domain policies, and services, while closely collaborating with ITMFG support teams. You’ll be expected to move projects along at an aggressive pace and to ensure that deployments are secure and scalable across our factories globally.
- Configure/Manage/Deploy WSUS, MDT, PXE Infrastructure/Services
- Create/Maintain Images (i.e., WIMs)
- Evaluate/Onboard hardware and drivers
- Evaluate/Deploy Windows updates
- Ensure the security posture of hosts across the MFG fleet
- Configure/Manage Active Directory Environment & Group Policy
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing environment (e.g., systems, infrastructure, policies, etc.)
- Initiate preventive maintenance on operating systems as well as manage repair of system/environment problems
- Document tasks, procedures, environment for setting up and maintain systems
- Understand best practices and the ability to implement them
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Services (i.e., Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, MDT)
- Experience presenting technical programs with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Background working with and troubleshooting Windows Systems
- Experience building Windows imaging environment
- Experience with Powershell
- Experience with WinRM/Ansible, and automation is a plus
- Familiarity with network terminology/infrastructure
- Attention to detail is a must
- Exceptional ability to keep multiple projects moving forward concurrently
- Ability to drive problems to solutions across different groups in the company

Expected Compensation
$104,000 - $348,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
