Window Cleaning Technician

Window Cleaning Santa Cruz is seeking an experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. You’ll be working for the top-rated Window Cleaning company in the county with amazing pay and a company van to drive. We’re fully licensed and insured and you’ll receive full workers' compensation coverage.

About the Job:

What you’ll be doing - We’re looking for an experienced window cleaner so you’re probably already familiar with a lot of what the job entails. But to clarify, you’ll be cleaning interior and exterior windows, screens, cleaning gutters, solar panels, removing cobwebs and doing some soft washing/pressure washing on occasion.

You’ll have access to all of the top of the line equipment and will be using watered poles, extension ladders and stack ladders and accessing homeowners roofs up to 2 stories.

We work solely in Santa Cruz County so you’ll get to explore the whole county from the beautiful ocean front homes to the mountain estates.

Compensation - $27hr and up plus tips! We pay commission, so the more you get done, the more you get paid. And the more services you sell, the more you make. Current Techs earn $30-45+/hr.
It’s not all about speed though, we pride ourselves on providing excellent service and 5 star reviews. We make good money so we have to make sure we absolutely crush it for our clients.

Flexible Scheduling - We’re looking for people with a strong work ethic who want to hustle and put in hours. But we’re flexible on scheduling so you can take days off as you need them as long as you let us know in advance so we can block it off on the schedule. Work hours are usually 10am-6pm but we sometimes start at 9am and if you want to start at 9am you’re welcome to.

You’ll be in people’s homes and customers need to feel like you’re respectful of their space, are attentive to their needs, and truly care about providing them with the best possible service.

Eye For Detail - We’ve built a reputation for providing excellent service with great attention to detail. We can’t be leaving streaks on the windows or dripping dirty water on customers' couches.

Physically Fit - This job is super physical. You must be a good climber and a safe climber with good body and spatial awareness. And comfortable with heights, ladders and roofs.

Responsible and Self Starter - You’ll be given a lot of responsibility and autonomy. You'll be working mostly solo, but occasionally with another tech. It’s pretty strait forward, but you’ll be expected to show up on time, keep equipment in order, keep the van clean, and clearly communicate with customers.

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record so we can insure you to drive our vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
