Window Cleaning Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior and interior Window Cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize a variety of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment to achieve streak-free and spotless windows.
• Inspect windows for any damage or issues before cleaning and report findings to the supervisor.
• Clean window frames, sills, and tracks to ensure a thorough and comprehensive cleaning process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of ladders, harnesses, and other safety equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within established timeframes while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, share workload, and optimize productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Window Cleaning or related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Familiarity with various Window Cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights and on ladders, with a strong focus on safety.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent results with every cleaning job.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment as needed.

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred.
