As a crew leader or crew technician you are speaking to customers, you care about attention to detail, drive work vehicles, communicate with the manager, manage technician's and most importantly ensure the job is done right and the customer is 100% satisfied..

Uptown specializes in Window Cleaning, holiday lighting, pressure washing, roof & gutter cleaning services for commercial and residential high-end clientele.
Responsibilities:
· Window Cleaner - Crew Leader General Laborer
· Meet at our Kaufman office, Monday- Friday at 7:00AM - There could be an occasional Saturday
· Keep a clean and organized vehicle
· Setting/Climbing ladders
· Cleaning windows (requires lots of scrubbing!)
· Pressure Washing (attention to detail)
· Handling, mixing, applying cleaning detergents
Qualifications:
· Training is provided, you must be willing to be coached and trained from the best!
· Window Cleaning or Pressure Washing Experience a Major Plus
· Able to (or learn to) work from and move ladder’s safely
· Not afraid of residential roof heights!
· A valid Texas Drivers License
· No felonies on the required background check
