Glide is a window cleaning, power washing, dryer vent, AC vent, and gutter cleaning company. We are a small start up business, and we love working in a culture of working hard and playing hard. We expect the best in each of us as we look for ways to serve our customers. We love what we do.

Professional Window Cleaner will be responsible for:

• Being at daily team meetings
• Reviewing jobs for the day
• Bringing proper equipment to jobs
• Communicating with Customers on ETA and going over expectations
• Traveling to jobsite safely and efficiently
• Delegating responsibilities between team members on jobsite
• Coordinate with other team members on where to meet up when they don't come in the mornings
• Put out a Barlow Window Bros sign out on whatever job you are working on in the front of the home.
• Use proper cleaning & Safety techniques on the jobsite. Leaving windows flawless
• Doing touchups and a walk around the home/building, checking for equipment
• Giving customer feedback on windows, and if any changes need to be made and making sure we reached or exceeded customer expectations.
• Send bill to customer through software and send review link
• Travel to next job site
• When finished with day, technician will ensure equipment is maintained, and vehicle is cleaned up. If vehicle needs repair or maintenance, this will be reported to boss/operations manager.
• Doors need to be locked and keys put away

Other Responsibilities:

• Basic customer service and communication. This is something we expect at the minimum to have technicians knock on the door of/call the next door neighbor/business of the customer we cleaned.
• Must provide your own equipment and transportation

Experience:

• 1 year of window cleaning preferred
• 1 year customer service preferred
• 1 year sales experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $28.00 per hour
