Window And Door Specialist

We are a locally-owned retail and building materials company located in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. We are seeking a windows and Doors specialist that will work in our Millwork Department to generate sales and cultivate customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant industry experience. We offer full-time employment with a great work environment and eligibility for benefits.

General Responsibilities:

• Manage sales activity for windows and Doors to include generating leads, ordering products and customer follow-up.
• Work with customers to determine their specific needs with new constructions or remodels, as well as with residential or commercial space.
• Travel to customer sites to take measurements, oversee installs, and follow-up on job status.
• Design packages to meet customer requests and adhere to building codes.
• Accurately document projects through internal and external software programs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of sales/customer service experience (millwork/building materials industry preferred)
• Experience in quoting systems for windows and Doors manufacturers
• Working knowledge of local building codes
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong customer service experience with attention to professionalism and communication
• Number- and detail-oriented
• Proficient with working on a computer and in various software programs
• Flexible to changing priorities
• Time-management skills

Job Details:

• Full-time employment
• Monday – Friday (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Location: 1611 Government Street, Ocean Springs

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
