Career opportunity for a carpenter with experience installing windows and Doors. You will work as part of a two-person crew removing and replacing windows and Doors in existing homes. This requires skill in cutting and fitting interior extension jambs and/or operation of an aluminum brake to custom fit aluminum trim. You will work from a fully-equipped company truck with all the tools and supplies needed to perform quality installations.
The Board Store serves a 60-mile radius around La Crosse. Installers begin and end their day at our La Crosse based warehouse and are paid for all travel time. Five day work week. No weekends. Work with a team of professionals who enjoy three weeks of PTO, health and life insurance, and retirement. The starting wage for this position is up to $30/hr with room for advancement. Immediate openings due to continued growth.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High school diploma
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a construction/Installer position
· Strong customer service skills
· High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions thoroughly
· Understanding of OSHA standards
