Our company is growing and we're searching for a new Sales Representative experienced in Digital, Screen, Wide Format or Print Sales to join our team!
What you'll be doing as a Wide Format Print Sales Representative:
As a Wide Format Print Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business development, managing existing accounts, and building long-term, profitable client relationships through client interactions while meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales goals.
Schedule: Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, or similar. This is a remote position, US based.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails
- Learn and develop industry knowledge
- Research prospects, identify key decision makers and grow revenue base
- Maintain and expand prospect database to generate pipeline
- Communicate and liaise with Director of Enterprise Sales
- Successfully manage client relations, providing excellent customer satisfaction and strategically upsell/cross-sell
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and collaborate with internal teams ensuring strong collaboration and rapid issue resolution
- Identify and resolve order/experience trends and delegate resolution to appropriate internal teams
- Monitor customer health, satisfaction, risk, and revenue growth regularly
- Understand performance metrics and their impact on customer satisfaction and revenue performance
- Develop and present quarterly business reviews for key strategic accounts as agreed with Director of Enterprise Sales
- Timely follow up on key estimating opportunities
- Attend all department/company meetings as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of Print Sales experience in Digital, Screen, Wide Format.
- Intermediate proficiency with business intelligence tools (HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, etc.)
- Proficient use of sales tools and applications
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferred
