The role
TOTEME is looking for a student who wants to join our Wholesale team in Stockholm as an intern for 3-6 months. In this role you will be working with wholesale administration and sample coordination. You will report to the Wholesale Operations and work with the Wholesale Team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting in keeping track of our samples and shipping out samples to our key partners for pre-shoots.
- Help in administrative tasks that include customer claims and delivery queries.
- Setting up the showroom during the sales campaign and styling the models.
- Assisting in order entry, order uploads on customer portals.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your profile
- You are full-time student focusing on Sales/Fashion Business and you are looking for a future career within Sales.
- An understanding of programs like Excel & Google sheets.
- Fluent in spoken and written English

This is an unpaid internship based at TOTEME's Stockholm office starting in February/March 2024.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London and New York and a growing number of stores in Europe, North America and Asia. You will join a dynamic, creative and highly collaborative team working towards exciting projects and milestones. You will contribute to the company's development and have the opportunity to grow within your role.
