JOB DESCRIPTION*
Our Property Acquisitions and Property Dispositions teams are hiring! You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties for the investment firm. You will be negotiating what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers. In addition to building rapport with our clients, you would be responsible for setting appointments and showings for properties within the area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS*
AZ Real Estate License (Preferred but not Required)
Computer Literate
Exceptional Phone Etiquette
Not Required but Preferred (Sales Background)

Negotiate Property Pricing
Run Comps on Properties Daily

Pay Structure

For the first 12 weeks we pay $684/week plus commission, after 12 weeks we pay $684/week draw against commission. After 12 weeks one can earn $5k to $12k/month, uncapped.
