The Wholesale Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Wholesale Operations Director in all aspects of running the department including order processing, customer service, stock control and administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills with a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritize their workload. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage.

● Assist Director of Wholesale Operations with all requests

● Receive New Account Setup and ensure all New Accounts Setup go through the Valid Checklist for approval and setup

● Receive and Process Customer Orders

● Maintain Accurate inventory Records

● Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products

● Prepare Shipping documents and arrange shipments

● Handle Customer Inquiries and complaints

● Provide Support to Wholesale Account Managers

● Pulling suitable samples for key accounts. Ship out Retailer Style out Sets & Track and get returned

● Help Manage Returns from Wholesale Division

● Support Account Requests for Packing lists, Shipments, Order Inquiries, Questions from Retailers

● Support Sales Reps with Assets needed and Presentations to Retailers & Requests

● Coordinate Shows and Booth Setup & Reservations

This role will help increase sales and profits for the company by providing excellent customer service and support to wholesale clients. The role will also develop strong, long lasting relationships with wholesale customers through outstanding communication and customer service.
