Wet Utility Foreman

LEI is searching for an applicant to join our team as a Wet Utility Foreman.  LEI is a family-owned and operated business serving the front range since 1968.   LEI’s Wet Utility Foreman will perform medium and large-scale civil construction projects involving water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer mainline installation.

Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, and skills as follows:

1. Communicate in English and Spanish.
2. 5-10 years’ experience with water, storm sewer, and  sewer mainline installation.
3. Read grade stakes and understand plans—digital and hard copy.
4. Ability to work irregular hours and weekends.
5. Manage and supervise job sites as follows:
   1. Ensure team members understand and comply with LEI best practices and standards as follows:
      1. Daily equipment maintenance and cleaning,
      2. Work assignments and production goals are understood and completed,
      3. Equipment is operated and work performed efficiently and safely,
      4. Perform end of day and weekly reports,
      5. Conduct weekly site safety meetings, and
      6. The worksite is organized and clean each day.
   2. Anticipate weekly material needs.
   3. Anticipate daily fuel requirements.
   4. Such other tasks as directed by the superintendent.
