Job Description
LEI is searching for an applicant to join our team as a Wet Utility Foreman. LEI is a family-owned and operated business serving the front range since 1968. LEI’s Wet Utility Foreman will perform medium and large-scale civil construction projects involving water, storm sewer and sanitary sewer mainline installation.
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, and skills as follows:
- Communicate in English and Spanish.
- 5-10 years’ experience with water, storm sewer, and sewer mainline installation.
- Read grade stakes and understand plans—digital and hard copy.
- Ability to work irregular hours and weekends.
- Manage and supervise job sites as follows:
- Ensure team members understand and comply with LEI best practices and standards as follows:
- Daily equipment maintenance and cleaning,
- Work assignments and production goals are understood and completed,
- Equipment is operated and work performed efficiently and safely,
- Perform end of day and weekly reports,
- Conduct weekly site safety meetings, and
- The worksite is organized and clean each day.
- Anticipate weekly material needs.
- Anticipate daily fuel requirements.
- Such other tasks as directed by the superintendent.
