Bristol Extracts Cannabis Brands - Snobby Dankins, Love Oui'd, Senior Moments
- Build Rapport with the dispensary influencers to drive business at all levels, customer sizes, and types
- Educate store employees on products, services, features, pricing, and upcoming events
- Position and merchandise our products in a visually-appealing manner
- Work closely with Account Executives and State Leads - you will be their eyes and ears in the field
- Collect store audits and activation data
- Submit recaps, detailing on-site sales, consumer feedback, competitive intel, etc. to sales team
- Schedule and set up in-store and community appointments and activations
- Attend events and trade shows
- Presenting, promoting, and selling Bristol Extracts’ products and services to existing and new customers
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships to ensure long-term sales opportunities
- Monitoring the market by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, etc.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on the recreational and wellness cannabis industry in general, noting key players, pivotal techniques, emerging trends, and overall status of the industry within designated territory
- Weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, benchmarks, and ongoing sales pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding company weekly and monthly metrics and KPIs
- Expanding Bristol Extracts’ market share and reach within designated territory
Skills, Talent, Experience
- 2-5 years of successful B2B or Retail sales experience with an emphasis on acquiring new accounts and developing existing accounts within the cannabis industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ability to travel ~80% of the time within designated territory; must have reliable transportation
- Working knowledge of NY Adult Use Cannabis program preferred but not required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and other standard computer applications
- Experience utilizing Sales tracking platform for customer data, sales information, market competition, and reporting
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve time-sensitive results
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with customers in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
