We are seeking SECURITY GUARDS - NIGHTS to become an integral part of our Atlanta GA team. The selected individuals will be Dedicated to one primary post for the duration of a shift. These officers must be capable of performing foot patrol duties and/or access control for most of the shift.
THIS POSITION IS FOR OVERNIGHT SHIFTS WITH VARYING START AND END TIMES BETWEEN 6 PM - 6 AM
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK VARYING WEEKENDS AND VARYING HOLIDAYS
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Report any facility issues such as light fixture outages and access malfunctions
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
- Observation and good listening skills
- Familiarity with report writing / DAR
- Ability to handle physical workload (walk and/or stand for extended periods of time)
- Strong attention to detail
Minimum Requirements
- Have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Be able to provide proof of ability to work in the United States
- Pass a multi-panel drug screening
- Have reliable transportation
- Familiar and comfortable with utilizing technology and devices
- Must be able to work overnight (varying start/end times 6PM-6AM)
- Must be able to work varying weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in all-weather climates such as but not limited to rain, cold, and heat.
