- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests are greeted and served promptly and courteously
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food items
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Work in the kitchen to prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks and orders
- Utilize math skills to handle cash transactions accurately at the cash register

- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
