Wellness Concierge / Office Manager
We are looking for our next rockstar team member.
As Wellness Concierge, you are integral to the growth of our practice as you are at the first point of contact to the world and any individual investigating a solution to their health challenges. From the moment any person calls, clicks or writes to us, we welcome them with an open heart and curiosity, as listening always comes before speaking. The WC is trained and competent in communicating and guiding the process to becoming a wellness member at Total Life Center.
As Office Manager, you are at the heart of our operations. You are trained and competent in supporting our internal systems including communication platforms, scheduling, events, billing, tracking daily performance, and reporting to the business on the status of all those processes.
General Role Definition
- All inbound communications including prospective clients and existing members. As a virtual practice, we have many layers of communication through phone, social media, texting, etc.
- Represent practice and convert new prospects from inquiry to consultation.
- Outbound communications to all people who express interest in our practice.
- Lead Daily Meetings.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Enrolling new clients, billing, and contract management.
- Data entry for tracking all practice metrics and workflow.
- Support of online webinars.
- Participate in regular training and learning as part of a larger community of practices striving to improve our skills and the ability to help people succeed. This formally occurs daily, weekly, and quarterly.

Requirements:
- Experience in health or wellness environment
- Experience with customer service and sales
- Familiarity with CRM programs (Customer Relationship Management)
- Familiarity with EHR systems a plus (Electronic Health Record Systems)
- Customer service excellence - experience with phone sales
- Office management experience - billing systems
- Experience with data entry
- Comfortable working remotely
- Computer proficiency—Microsoft Office Suite
Virtual Requirements:
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Must have dedicated, private, home office location appropriate for video conference
Travel Requirements:
- 2x / year, travel Wednesday through Sunday for training (all expenses covered)
- 2x / year, no travel but virtual training on Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: Virtual, (HQ based in Roswell, GA)
Compensation: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour (based on experience) Plus Bonus Potential after 3 Month review period.
