Since our inception in 2011, we've grown to manage 12 retail locations and an eco-friendly concierge home delivery subscription business. Wellness Coach Mission & Responsibilities

As a Wellness Coach, your mission is to create transformative connections with customers on the retail floor by igniting motivation and inspiration for incredible results. Your dynamic communication style, coupled with exceptional active listening, sets the stage for an exhilarating journey towards wellness success through healthy lifestyle changes. As Wellness Coaches are also Retail Team Members, you are also expected to handle opening, closing, and daily store tasks—unpacking food shipments, cleaning, organizing, restocking retail items, and managing customer food orders. Your dual role ensures contribution to the team culture we build within our stores.

• Customer Engagement: Creating meaningful and authentic connections with shoppers starts with having a genuine curiosity for people and eagerness to learn their story. We want to provide a memorable shopping experience that gets to the root of the customer’s “why” to provide the answers to reaching their health and wellness goals. Simultaneously, coaches must cultivate a book of business to ensure lasting relationships and satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Be an expert in product ingredients, store programs and processes and all company information including menu details, Wellness Coaching, home delivery, and all the fantastic perks Fitlife Foods has to offer.
• Sales Generation: Amplify store sales and customer retention by providing weekly meal schedules that help support your clients’ building of healthy lifestyles habits and eating patterns.
• Meal Scheduling: Create detailed, customized weekly meal schedules, tailored to individual preferences, all geared towards helping clients achieve their goals.
• Wellness Sessions: Conduct engaging initial and follow-up wellness sessions, by incorporating active listening, motivational tips and tricks, coaching conversations, and body composition assessments.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep our store looking sharp by following Fitlife Foods' high standards for a clean, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for extraordinary shopping adventures.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with your store team to achieve common goals. Share insights, provide support, and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Community Relationship Building: Drive business growth by actively marketing to local businesses and establishing connections with personal trainers, business owners, and patrons to promote your store and grow your clientele base.
• Attend Marketing Events: Collaborate with store leadership to participate in lively events such as races, job fairs, and community gatherings, aiming to elevate store traffic and enhance brand awareness.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with store leadership in maintaining accurate meal inventory, from unloading weekly shipments to meticulously noting and addressing any delivery discrepancies.

No food production. All meals are sourced from our central culinary facility in Plant City, FL.

This position is NOT remote - Wellness Coaches are located on-site.

• Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of time to meet the needs of the business. Priority given to those available on Sunday and Monday.
