212° Wellness is seeking an organized self-starter with a professional work ethic and a positive attitude to fill the role of medical Office Manager/admin and Laser Technician in a fast paced high volume Wellness Clinic/spa environment.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of leadership in providing administrative excellence in the healthcare/wellness industry and find great satisfaction in assisting others in meeting their wellness goals while maintaining smooth and efficient clinic operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science/ Business Administration or related field
- 3 years managerial experience in medical office/spa/sports training facility or similar
- Project Management
- Professional, positive, flexible and adaptive "can-do" attitude
- Proactive leadership skills
- Organized, efficient, shows initiative
- Proven track record of honesty & integrity
- Working knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and work cooperatively with others in fast paced client care setting
You must be proficient in the following tools and skills:
- G-Suite / Gmail / Sheets / Docs / Forms
- Printers and other basic office equipment
- MS office / Excel

- Networking / Marketing

- Vagaro experience
- Holistic / Integrative health / Wellness background experience
- Coaching background
- Marketing and events experience
- Experience working with a diverse group of clientele with varying levels of mobility / physical restrictions
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking in clients
- Onboarding, updating and maintaining the Mindbody Software
- Facilitating and overseeing client laser treatments (training provided)
- Confidently coaching clients on supplements within appropriate scope of practice (training provided)
- Scheduling/checking in/out clients-payment handling and processing
- Business Marketing events and networking as needed
- Maintaining smooth operations communications & correspondence with our clients and other professional practitioners
- This includes but is not limited to professional communication practices with
- company email
- clinician lab portals
- client outreach
- invoices
- Treatment room turnover / sanitation
- Maintain updated client databases, account tracking and follow up
- Record keeping and payroll - accountability
