Spherion Staffing is interviewing candidates for the role of Wellness Assistant. This professional serves as a knowledgeable, professional for our clients and patients. Monday-Friday 11 am-8pm
Pay $18-20/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Ability to attend to guests in a professional manner
-Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness programs, events, and workshops
-Collaborate with wellness coordinators or managers to develop program schedules and content
-Communication skills including sales and/or marketing
-Order supplies and inventory
-Assist staff members as needed
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Qualifications:
-Minimum of one year of customer service in a clinic or spa setting
-Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
-Ability to multi-task
-Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
-Electronic Health Record Experience
-Point of Sale experience
-Outlook and Microsoft Office
-Ability to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently
-Medical terminology is a plus
