RestorePDX is a renowned leader in Orthobiologic medicine. We offer treatments such as PRP, stem cell therapies, and conventional treatments to enhance the well-being of our patients. We are expanding our services to include a comprehensive wellness program. Our focus is on delivering personalized care through energy-based medicine modalities such as EMSculpt NEO, PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy), IV therapies, and Shockwave Therapy.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow a wellness clinic in one of the top regenerative medicine clinics in the country. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our wellness program. You will be responsible for creating a concierge experience for our members, designing customized wellness plans, and coordinating closely with three of the top regenerative medicine doctors in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:
  • Research and stay current on the latest trends and evidence-backed therapies in cellular and energy-based medicine.
  • Work with the Business Development team to build a comprehensive wellness program that incorporates shockwave therapy, EMSculpt NEO, PEMF, red-light therapy, and IV therapies.
Member Engagement, Package and Membership Sales:
  • Conduct initial consultations and follow-up
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and promote wellness packages and memberships.
  • Create a personalized and concierge experience for members, ensuring their unique wellness needs are understood and addressed.
  • Collaborate with members to tailor individualized wellness plans, considering their health goals and preferences.
Collaboration with Regenerative Medicine Doctors:
  • Liaise with three top regenerative medicine doctors to integrate their expertise into our wellness program.
  • Coordinate appointments, gather insights, and ensure seamless communication between members and medical professionals.
Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness plans, making adjustments as needed for optimal member satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve and refine the wellness program.
Qualifications:
  • A passion for wellness, holistic health, and helping others achieve their health and aesthetic goals.
  • Bachelors degree preferred, ideally in a related field such as Health Sciences, Nutrition, Physical Therapy, or a similar discipline.
  • Previous experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation Package:

  • $30/hr + uncapped commission beginning at $1,000/mo
