Additional Requirements
Lincoln Tech, a post-secondary vocational school in Grand Prairie, TX, is seeking skilled Welders to share their knowledge and experience as part-time weekend instructors in our Welding program. No teaching experience required. Your passion for and expertise in the field, along with our training, will make you a successful educator.
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years' Welding experience in any of the following:
- GMAW
- GTAW
- SMAW
- FCAW
- Plasma Cutting
Responsibilities
- Teach Welding Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program
- Provide hands-on Welding training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility
- Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability
- Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting
- Support and communicate progress with students
- Prepare students for a successful in-demand career in Welding Technology
