Job Responsibilities will include;
Create quality welds according to company standards, blueprints & drawings
Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG, and MIG welders
Performs first piece inspections as well as all subsequent inspections as required by company standards
Ensures responsibility for the maintenance of all equipment, tools and fixtures in assigned area
Responsible for identifying and moving of all finished products to the proper location
Use of various measuring equipment, hand tools, and operation of welding equipment including machine settings for various welding process.
Ability to work in a team environment
Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures to ensure a clean and safe work station/area
Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations
Must be reliable with a strong work ethic and prompt attendance
Qualifications;
Experience as a welder or completion of a welding program, minimum of 1 year
Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG welding
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of all safety procedures and practices in a welding environment.
