Welder/Fabricator

```Duties:```
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks according to specifications and blueprints
- Operate welding equipment and tools such as stick welders, MIG welders, and plasma cutters
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Measure and mark materials for cutting and shaping
- Assemble and fit metal components using various welding techniques
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet standards and specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques including stick welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Experience with pipe threading, soldering, sheet metal work, and ductwork is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures accurately
