About This Opportunity
This position is responsible for tack-welds and positioning components utilizing MIG welding to assemble structural assemblies as specified by the blueprints and shear lists. As a welder I, you will work independently and must have a strong focus to meet production goals by collaborating as a team.

What You Will Do
- Accurately read a tape measure down to 1/32nd of an inch
- Stich sheet metal components using proper technique
- Operate overhead cranes and jib cranes
- Accurately assemble products using blueprints
- Set-up and run weld machine
- Use of hand tools such as grinders, metal shears, drills, and hand held plasma
- Perform periodic quality checks
What You Have to Offer
- High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years’ experience
- One-year certificate from a technical school is preferred
