Compensation: Uncapped commissions are paid weekly. The role is 100% commission and performance-based. The average commission payout is $426 per package. The average Sales Representative sells 9.3 packages a month. Monthly sales bonuses range from $750-$2000 Above average performers represent 50% of our sales teams. Above-average performers range from 71,000-123,000.
