Weekend Vacation Rental Cleaning Technician

This position is to cover our weekend work; as we are so flexible there are options to work every weekend, one weekend a month or every other weekend.

• Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds.

Schedule:

• Must be available on Saturday and Sunday.
• On average, most cleanings are scheduled 1000-500, but there are days where you may be scheduled earlier or later.
• This position is to cover our weekend work, as we are so flexible there are options to work every weekend, one weekend a month or every other weekend.

Pay:

• All Cleaning Technicians start at $16.00 per hour.
• We do not have a set pay raise schedule. Raises are given based on performance and attendance. Most cleaners are increased to $17.00+ within 6-12 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns.
• Top pay is $21.00.

Service Area & Travel:

• Travel is expected. We have an office in Black River Falls, Sparta & La Crosse. We service homes within 30 miles of each office. We will travel further if a client is willing to pay a higher travel fee. Most of our Vacation Rentals are located within 20 minutes of BRF.
• You are required to travel up to 60 minutes, one-way, per day. We try to schedule as logically as we can, so typically, travel is less than this, but you must be able to travel, if needed. Most of our Vacation Rentals are located within 20 minutes of BRF.
• You are paid $12.00, while driving.
• If you drive less than 15 miles in a day, you will receive a gas stipend of $8.00. If you drive more than 15 miles in a day, you will receive a gas stipend of $15.00.
