Form of workWe are a newly-divorced family of 4. Mom works full-time & attends school. B is 12, P is 7 and P will be 6 in April.
This care would only be for the boys as B is able to make meals, etc. for herself. The ideal candidate for this role would be a single parent, stay at home Mom, or responsible student that is interested in making some extra money. I'm looking for someone that is interested in a flat rate for the weekend as opposed to hourly. I would like for the sitter to be able to help the kids with homework (if necessary), play games, take them to the park, beach, zoo, etc.
In general, just keep them positively occupied throughout your time with them.
