Weekend Receptionist/ Van Driver / Activities Coordinator

Advanced Health Care of Lakewood is a growing facility looking for a friendly, positive, and organized individual that would be able to handle many of the business aspects of our small skilled nursing facility over the weekend.

This would be a person with many talents and have a desire to be involved with many things. While interacting with many different people. We are looking for someone that could be able to handle the following:

- Be a team player for everyone in the building by simply helping around the facility where they can.

- Welcome visitors into the building in a polite and inviting way while performing any necessary screenings.

-Answer and direct phone calls as needed.

- Work with Hospital Case managers on coordinating pickup times and picking up new patients from the hospital

- Take patients to any weekend appointments and picking them up as needed.

- Possibly checking the insurance on potential new admissions to make sure they would qualify to stay in our facility.

- Answer patient/family business questions as able.

- Perform any essential interviews with patients as needed.

This person would essentially be the business side of our small facility over the weekend. Training would definitely take place prior to make sure this amazing team member knows and understands what is needed.
