Weekend Production Supervisor

Weisgram Metal Fab (WMF) is a family-owned metal fabrication business founded in 1982, located in West Fargo, ND. WMF specializes in producing high quality parts and components for the agricultural, construction, and transportation industries utilizing cutting edge technology and equipment.

Production Supervisor:

We are seeking applicants for a Supervisor on our weekend shift.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• • Organize and prioritize workload for all departments
  • Ensure daily production demands are met
  • Communicate with other employees and supervisors
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Training and coaching others
  • Ensure paperwork is properly completed
  • Ensure safety of employees and facility
  • Review to make sure timekeeping is accurate
  • Open and close shop for the weekend shift
  • Work directly on production jobs as time permits

Supervisor Qualifications:

• • Previous supervision experience preferred, but not required
  • Applicants should be highly motivated and self-directed
  • Applicants should be able think logically to solve problems
  • Applicants should have high quality standards

Shift:

• Weekend shift hours are from 7:00am to 7:30pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Voluntary overtime is offered at various times of the year, depending on customer demands
