Weekend - Overnight Residential Care Aide

Weekend Overnight Shift - 8 pm - 8 am, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Possible fill in shifts when needed.

This is a position in a Long Term Care Facility for clients with disabilities. The LSI will be assisting the clients by helping in the kitchen, giving baths, cleaning bedrooms, working on academics, exercising and socializing. Responsible for all the housekeeping and laundry needs of the clients and facility. Respond to telephone monitoring system, monitors and documents clients every thirty minutes, while they are sleeping.

You will also be monitoring for health and safety of each client.

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or GED or 2 years verifiable experience with clients with disabilities. Must be able to pass background check, drug screen and CPR class. CNA not required.

We provide all of the necessary training for our staff to be successful in the field including but not limited to CPR, 1st Aid, medication administration and behavioral safety training. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (verified from educational institution) OR
• 2 years verifiable experience working with Intellectual and/or developmental disabled individuals
• Driver's License
