Job Functions:

·       Maintain Facilities: Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of restrooms, soccer fields, gymnasiums, hallways, game rooms, youth center, and tween centers.

·       General Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning duties in all departments to create a welcoming and safe environment for our members.

·       Facility Maintenance: Check and report the functionality of light fixtures, door locks, and other essential elements to the Facilities Director.

·       Floor Maintenance: Mop and dust floors to maintain a clean and hygienic space.

·       Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins in all departments for proper waste disposal.

Requirements:

·       Similar Experience: Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred.

·       Education: High school diploma or GED.

·       Safety Conscious: Ability to perform all duties in a safe and orderly manner, with minimal supervision.

·       Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues and be a positive presence within the team.

·       Great with People, Especially Kids: Interact well with children and contribute to the positive atmosphere of the Boys & Girls Club.

·       Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple responsibilities to maintain a clean and organized facility.

·       Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrate dedication and diligence in all aspects of the job.
