Weekday Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the establishment's operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train and develop staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Create and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs through efficient inventory management
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food preparation
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide constructive feedback

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management practices
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Wednesday 9:10am-5:30pm

Thursday 9:10am-5:30pm

Friday 11:30am-7:30pm

Some flexibility in schedule

Must be 21 years or older!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
