Wedding Planner

Responsibilities:

- Plan, design, and coordinate weddings from start to finish, ensuring all aspects run smoothly

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget constraints

- Source and negotiate with vendors for venues, catering, flowers, music, and other services

- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day

- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of vendors

- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role

- Strong hospitality background with excellent customer service skills

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events

- Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and vendors

- Experience in events management with a keen eye for detail

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and upselling techniques

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
