Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Wedding Gown Specialist is promoting and selling the brides her entire ensemble (wedding Gown, veil, shoes) for cleaning, alteration or heir looming before and after the big day celebrations and also providing superior customer services in order to grow sales, profitability and meet financial goals. Other duties include complying with all Company standards, guidelines, procedure and developing advanced product knowledge.
The ideal candidate would be able to personify the Bridgestone Cleaners spirit through a deep understanding of the brand's values, culture, image, and products. With high enthusiasm and a strong desire to close every sale, this candidate is acutely aware of how to balance making our brides feel cared for and special throughout the entire sales process.
The Wedding Gown Specialist will/is:
· Ensure Company guidelines, procedures, brand and service standards are fulfilled for each customer experience is met or exceeded
· Provide courteous service to all customers in accordance with Company standards
· Be courteous, pleasant and respectful with coworkers and supervisors
· Perform the work assigned by visiting bridals stores connecting with wedding planners and work in the store as well.
· Create a positive environment for all customers and staff.
· Provide expert and positive information about the process of cleaning a Wedding Gown ,veil and heir looming to the customers
· Meet selling goals by closing sales and meeting conversion goals
· Creating a great relationship between the Bridgestone cleaners and bridal stores, wedding planners, attend bridal shows including follow up to set up a home account.
· Reaching out to leads and inquiries for Wedding Gown quotes submitted by brides and following up by emails, text messages and phone calls to get the sale.
· Partner with Execs to address customer and merchandise issues or opportunities in a timely and productive way
· Resolve any issues, in a timely manner and productive solution is achieved
· Complete opening and closing procedures
· Assist with other store projects i.e. inventory & marking in orders with paying extreme attention to detail at every level.
· Ensure to follow through with all Wedding Gown intakes to make sure they are cleaned, preserved and delivered at the promised date.
. Ability to work individually as a team and most important learning how to use our SMRT system.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Educations:
· High School Diploma, or equivalent
· Work experience
Communication:
· Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to articulate customer and product needs
· Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and integrity
.Candidate must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently
Leadership:
· Able to demonstrate problem resolution skills
· Able to work effectively with all functions across the company, with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with staff at all levels of the organization
· Demonstrates ability to work flex style and work with a variety of groups including management, creative, executives and hourly work force.
Organizational Skills:
· Ability to keep workroom and space clean and organized
