Wedding Concierge

Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable wedding experiences and helping couples create everlasting memories? Ramblewood Country Club invites you to join our team as a dedicated Wedding Concierge. In this role, you'll serve as the Day-of Coordinator, collaborating closely with our Private Event Team, Catering Team, and the couple themselves. You'll be the point person for coordinating wedding details, providing impeccable meal and drink service to the couple, bridal party, and parents, and acting as the liaison between the venue and the couple to ensure all specific requests are met seamlessly.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol according to state law
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work Friday nights

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
• Deliver prompt and efficient customer service
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of wedding day logistics
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and workstations
• Assist with set-up and clean-up tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons and holidays
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and carrying
• Comfortable operating food service equipment and maintaining cleanliness in high-traffic areas
