About the role
Quality Assurance

• Run tests to make sure our websites work smoothly across different devices and platforms.
• Check every detail to catch any glitches and make sure everything flows seamlessly.
• Collaborate with our team to fix any issues and keep our websites on point.
• Keep our quality game strong with detailed test plans and docs.
• Stay updated on the latest web trends to keep our work fresh.
• ️ Provide feedback to help us keep pushing the boundaries.

Project Support

• Help keep our projects organized and on track.
• Keep everyone in the loop with clear documentation.
• Be the link between us and our clients, making sure everyone's on the same page.
• Assist with managing resources and making sure the workflow stays smooth.
• Keep an eye on project milestones and be ready to tackle any challenges.
• Keep our projects tidy and organized!

Qualifications

• Experience in computer science, web development, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance testing and project coordination, preferably in a web development or digital agency environment.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• ️ Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and methodologies to identify and address issues effectively.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
