Role and Responsibilities

Create engaging graphic content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and web.

• Design visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Generate and share daily content that fosters meaningful connections with the audience.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.
• Analyze social media metrics and data to guide strategy improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
• Design and produce creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for web integration.
• Leverage a strong background in web technologies to enhance website aesthetics and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with our web development team to ensure design and web functionalities align seamlessly.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design, with a particular focus on web-compatible creations.
• Strategize and execute social media content that reflects our web-centric approach, driving coherent and unified brand messaging.
• Analyze and apply web and social media analytics to refine and adapt marketing and design strategies.

Hiring Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Experience with social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital design tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong emphasis on web design and development.
• Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
• Demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on web design tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and the ability to apply them to web-based designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web-centric graphic design and marketing materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs for various web environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly compensation between $23 - $28 depending on experience.

• Paid Vacation – Employees accrue 80 hours of vacation time per year.
• 7 Paid Holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
