Sodexo has an exciting new opportunity for a Global Web Publisher to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity. Candidates may reside anywhere within the United States.
The successful candidate will work under direct supervision and coordinate, edit and publish employee portal content on Access, Sodexo's new global HR website. This includes working with key stakeholders and a translation council to ensure content is concise, accurate and actionable. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, managing existing content, evaluating new content for readability, publishing new content, and improving site usability and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with workstream leads and global subject matter experts to ensure all site content meets legal requirements and brand standards, including accessibility, accuracy, readability and voice.
- Coordinate content translation, including an editorial review of translated materials and facilitation of a translations council.
- Publish site content in a consistent and timely manner that meets stakeholder needs.
- Inventory site content and partner with workstream leads on when to keep, update or archive content.
- Manage an editorial calendar to track HR events and employee requirements.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Communications
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, etc.)
- Editorial experience, including using Microsoft Word, or equivalent, for tracking changes and commenting on documents
- Familiarity with the administrative functions of a Content Management System (CMS), such as WordPress
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication
- Basic use of Microsoft Excel, or equivalent, for content inventory and editorial calendar
