Summary
We are currently seeking an Information Systems Intern to work in our Basking Ridge, New Jersey corporate location for a minimum of 20 hours per week. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of Information Systems including Web Platforms & Automation/RPA. You will work closely with the Web Team & the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team to aid in the identification & implementation of regional automation demands and assist with the adoption of citizen development.

Summary

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Automation team with identification & implementation of regional automation demands
- Assist with the awareness, adoption, and training of citizen development program
- Collaborate with business customers to create automation documentation and translation of business process to automation processes
- Assist Web Platforms & Mobility team with the development and/or maintenance of various applications. You will also be an interface between various customers and the development team to help them in understanding the applications and best practices to use them. (mostly working with java/Microsoft/Google based applications)
- Provide detailed documentation of existing and newly developed solutions and their associated specification by communicating meeting minutes, schedule meetings, etc. in addition to learning and practicing presentation skills.

Education/Experience
- Graduate students enrolled in Master program
- Entry level, up to 1 years of experience
- Programing experience in Python, C#, C++, Java
- Experience creating state machines / process diagrams
- Experience with AI/ML/Automation
