Connect with teammates to grow LaunchCode's mission-driven reach, outcomes, and sustainability. LaunchCode has a life-changing, career-making program model. Our goal is to put it to use for as many people and companies as we can, and we achieve that by reaching more learners, building more employer partnerships, and securing more resources to continue our programs and maximize our impact in the world.

Join in supporting our values of diversity, equity, and inclusion among our staff, board, and the tech industry. We also value collaboration, trust, appreciation, and being kind.

The LaunchCode Challenge

At LaunchCode, we love a good challenge. We challenge company partners of all sizes to rethink traditional hiring practices and hire based on skill and aptitude, rather than credentials only. We challenge the idea that a costly 4-year degree is the only pathway to a high-wage and upwardly mobile career. We challenge the traditional, inaccessible coding bootcamp education model that charges over $15k or is free but does not consistently place their graduates into quality living wage jobs - our education and placement services are completely free with proven results. We challenge the traditional staffing and recruiting agencies that place candidates in jobs, but charge large fees to employers and only return a small portion to the candidate. At LaunchCode, we challenge each other to constantly discover fresh ways to adapt our strategy to the changing tech landscape and come up with newer, better, and more scalable solutions to create transformative results.

Looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself, make an impact in your community, and directly address some of America's most critical issues? Mission accepted.
