Form of workNivel Offroad owns several leading brands in the powersports industry offering a wide range of off road products across many top selling brands. We are expanding our merchandising team by adding a marketing and Content Specialist.
Position Overview
The Web Content Specialist is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in technical and operational elements, including the management of product offerings online. This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service in delivering an optimal customer shopping experience. The Web Content Specialist will work with industry vendors to form relationships and grow our existing portfolio of aftermarket parts and accessories for all top brands.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit and publish all new and current product information to the website.
- Edit and publish all content provided by industry vendors.
- Collaborate with Marketing for an optimal online presence.
- Daily site checks to ensure promotions and homepage display is correct.
- Communicates site updates and promotions on time.
- Incorporates feedback from Sales, Accounting and Customer Service for recommendations of site enhancements.
- Review, log, and present solutions to Management on issues discovered through all channels.
Experience & Requirements
- Solid technical background & understanding of an ecommerce platform.
- Understanding of common client and service-side web technologies.
- Experience of Search Engine Optimization and using keywords in content.
- Direct experience of keeping track of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Skills in computer-based project and resource management systems
- Must be able to communicate effectively written, orally, and in using presentation software.
- Preferred 1-3+ years of experience in eCommerce web operations.

Education
Required: High School or better.
Experience
Required: 1-3 years ofWebsite Experience, Content Creator or Data Entry
Preferred: Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
Salary is $18-$20 per hour, DOE.
