• The Candidate will be the developer on a small team supporting the 24x7 traffic management center operations.  
• Individual will be responsible for both coding and analysis.   
• Any BA skills are a plus but are not primary. 
• Person will receive direction from project manager and senior technical peers, and work directly with the business operations team on requirements, testing and delivery.   
• Candidate needs to be able to work on projects full lifecycles and with users, technical team, local and state IT resources and diverse transportation ITS devices.
• There are technical on-call responsibilities rotated among the team members.  
• Candidate must have good business aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

• JDK (JAVA), Desired, 5 years.
• Application servers: Jetty or NestJS , Desired, 2 years.
• Oracle, Desired, 2 years.
• MySQL, MS SQL Server & PostgresSQL, Desired, 3 years.
• Apache Web Server, Desired, 3 years.
• Mongo DB, Highly desired, 2 years.
• Java Frameworks: Apache Wicket 1.6, Desired, 3 years.
• Node.js & Webkit, Highly desired, 2 years.
• Excel or poi or node-based generators for Excel, Desired, 2 years.
