Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to: Managing the trade submission process, including executing firm-wide mutual fund, equity and fixed income trade instructions. Delivering high-quality customer service to a network of over 100 advisors across 10 offices by providing expertise on trade-related topics. Completing daily, monthly, and annual data management procedures to ensure accuracy within the firm's trade management system.
Consulting with Institutional Traders to resolve trading issues and ensure best execution on trades requiring special handling. Coordinating with Investment Research team before strategy changes to develop trade implementation recommendations and create guidance memos that communicate the changes to our advisors. The qualifications.
High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Previous experience in financial planning, brokerage, banking, or investment management industry is preferred. Extreme attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and timely manner. Our difference. Colorado hourly rate range is as follows: $27.37 to $41.06 We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.
These standard offerings are effective on the first of the month following your start date. In addition to this, eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund, 401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and paraprofessional staff.
A discretionary bonus plan is available for eligible staff. Plante Moran also offers Interns and Contractors the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal staff are not eligible for benefits.
